v1.63.0 behebt die Anthropic 'thinking'-Antwort beim Streaming, um den signature-Block zurückzugeben. Github-Problem

Außerdem wird die Antwortstruktur von signature_delta zu signature geändert, um mit Anthropic übereinzustimmen. Anthropic Docs
